It's time to pray big

The Big Ask

There’s a saying – go big, or go home. Now is a time to pray big prayers to our God, for our city and our nation

And it is a BIG ask – throughout 2014 there will be a series of gatherings in Dublin to pray into some key areas of influence in society: business, public square, media and entertainment, education and family and the church.

Following on from the 24/7 Prayer gathering in Dublin, in 2013, a group of us sensed as we entered into 2014 God inviting us to ASK BIG. We feel our hearts are being enlarged with passion and faith for the establishment of His kingdom in Ireland. Our desire is to help mobilise, equip and inspire more of the church to connect in prayer and to pray God’s heart for the nation.

In particular we are committing ourselves to hosting a number of gatherings this year to pray through some major spheres of influence in society where we long to see God’s kingdom pervade if we want to truly see the transformation of our towns, cities and nation.

We are looking forward to launching this vision on 18th March at St Catherine’s Church, Dublin, at 8.00pm and praying for the first area – The Church

We are looking forward to sharing more of this vision that night as well as worshipping God and praying for the church in Dublin and our nation.

Please spread the word about this event and we would love to see you there.

The Big Ask is not being organised by one particular church but by representatives from various churches in the city.
